How do we know

A3: We use digital light level meters,
and of course, seeing is believing…you’ll see the difference
immediately. And we don’t drop your fixtures down in number of lamps
like other companies do to save costs…we keep the same number of lamps
per fixture to give you twice the light per fixture.

How do you
guarantee savings?
A4: We do a thorough lighting audit of
your facility. We determine what your current lighting system uses or
costs you per month, and we determine what the system we’ll be
replacing it with uses or costs per month. We basically subtract the
difference, and guarantee that difference in writing to you.

How do you
calculate or get to that savings per month?
A5: We use the latest software system
available on the market today that calculates each and every watt saved
by installing our energy efficient system over the existing one. It even
considers your HVAC portion of your electric bill because our lights
burn or run cooler than your current lights.

What happens if I
don’t see the savings on our electric bill?
A6: We would review the months in
question, and reimburse you the difference within 30 days. This system
that we use is very accurate. It’s a black and white mathematical
equation…your current system uses this much energy - the new system
using this much less energy = here’s the savings.

What kind of
warranty and/or service do I get on the lighting products?
A7: The manufacturer gives a
3-year/5-year replacement warranty, and EMSI gives you a full 60-month
service warranty. Meaning if a light goes out – we’re there in three
days to replace it at no charge to you – guaranteed. These products
will last twice as long as other products…they won’t fail.
