The round fixtures are the
old, 400-watt metal halides and 1,000-watt mercury vapors. The
rectangular fixtures are the new, 252-watt, 4-lamp, T-5 high-output
fluorescents. Tripled the candle-power; and reduced the electric bill
by more than 65%. Wow!

"EMSI is saving us $18,000 a year
on 230 retrofitted fixtures (456 watts down to 320 watts), and
another $80,000 a year on approx. 250 take downs (456 watts down to 0
watts). The lights are so bright in our warehouse.... we removed half
the fixtures! Brighter now than before! In addition, we are lowering
our cooling portion of our bill $2,000 a year on the 230 retrofitted,
and $10,000 a year on the removals (lights burn cooler.... create less
heat... a/c does not work as hard).
To Date we are saving over 100k a year on what we've
done with EMSI. We're talking about being more profitable.... not
just the protection of protected bulbs due to explosions (risk of
fire), and brighter light!

Management Solutions, Inc. [EMSI] performed a lighting retrofit seven months ago at our facility. EMSI tripled our entire facility's light
levels inside and out - while reducing our electric
bill by more than $1,500.00 per month consistently.

Gamble's company is the first company to back up exactly what they
promise. For the past seven months, service has been immediate, and the
savings has been what was promised. Not to mention that our dealership has
